Compression Therapy in Koramangala
Our compression sessions run at the VAURA studio in HSR Layout Sector 2, a short drive from every Koramangala block. Here is exactly how to get here, when to come, and where to park.
VAURA runs one studio, in Sector 2, HSR Layout. There is no VAURA branch inside Koramangala, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise. What is true is that a meaningful share of the people booking compression sessions with us start their journey in Koramangala, usually after work or after training, and the practical questions they ask are always the same ones: which route holds up in the evening, how long it really takes, and where to leave the car. This page answers those. For what compression therapy is, how the session works and what the evidence supports, read the full compression therapy in Bengaluru guide, which remains our main reference page.
Getting here
Routes from each Koramangala block
6th Block and Sony World side
Head out towards Sarjapur Road, cross at Agara Junction and turn into HSR Sector 2. Off-peak this is the cleanest run of the three. In the evening, Agara is the bottleneck rather than the distance itself.
5th Block, Jyoti Nivas and 80 Feet Road
The 80 Feet Road to Sarjapur Road link is the usual line, then Agara into Sector 2. Cab pickup around Jyoti Nivas can add a few minutes at college closing hours, so build in a buffer if your slot is tight.
4th Block, Jakkasandra and Forum side
Most clients take the 27th Main corridor down into HSR and enter Sector 2 from the top. This avoids Agara entirely, which is why it holds up better between 6pm and 8pm even though it is not the shortest line on a map.
If you would rather not drive, the BMTC network runs frequent services along Sarjapur Road and 27th Main, and the Namma Metro Yellow Line along Hosur Road puts you a short auto ride from Sector 2. Live traffic on the day is best checked on the map route to the studio.
Timing
Realistic travel windows
Observed ranges reported by clients and staff, shared so you can plan rather than guess. Bengaluru traffic being what it is, treat them as guidance.
Morning, before 11am
Typically the fastest run of the day from any Koramangala block, and our calmest studio hours. Best choice if you want an unhurried first session.
Midday to 4pm
Steady traffic and open slots. This is the window most often used by clients fitting compression into a work day, since the session is seated and needs no change of clothing.
5.30pm to 8.30pm
The slowest stretch. The therapy slot may take less time than the drive. If evenings are your only option, message ahead and we will hold the slot and suggest the route that is moving.

Parking and first steps
- Parking: use the cross street beside the studio. Space is usually easy before 6pm; after that you may need the adjacent main, which is a short walk away.
- Two wheelers: park along the studio frontage rather than the cross street, which keeps the turning space clear for cars.
- Cabs: ask the driver for Sector 2, 20th Main. Drop off is directly outside, so you do not need to walk the last stretch in the evening.
- Inside: tell reception you are booked for compression. You stay clothed and seated, so there is no change and no downtime before the drive back.

Planning the visit
Making one trip worth it
Because compression is passive, it pairs well with everything else in the studio rather than competing with it. Clients travelling in from Koramangala most often book it after whole body cryotherapy or alongside a physiotherapy plan, so the journey covers a complete recovery block instead of a single twenty minute session.
If you expect to travel in regularly, our package options are usually the more sensible route, since they let you fix a repeating slot in the quieter part of the day. Suitability is always discussed with the team before your first session.

FAQ
Questions from Koramangala clients
Is there a VAURA studio inside Koramangala?
No. VAURA has one studio, in Sector 2, HSR Layout, and compression therapy sessions run there. This page exists because a large share of our compression clients travel in from Koramangala, so it covers routes, timing and parking rather than pretending there is a second location.
How long does it take to reach VAURA from Koramangala?
Off-peak, most clients report roughly fifteen minutes from 5th and 6th Block. Between about 5.30pm and 8.30pm, the same trip commonly stretches to twenty five minutes or more depending on Agara Junction and the Sarjapur Road signal. Please treat these as observed ranges from clients and staff, not guarantees.
Which route is usually easier in the evening?
Clients coming from 6th Block often prefer the Sarjapur Road and Agara approach, while those from 4th Block and Jakkasandra tend to use 27th Main and enter HSR from the Sector 2 side. The team can suggest which is moving better if you message before leaving.
Can I fit a session in during a lunch break?
Usually yes. The compression session itself is seated and fully clothed, and mid-morning to early afternoon is our quietest window, so a round trip from Koramangala is realistic if traffic is normal. Confirm your slot on WhatsApp first.
Where do I park?
Parking is on the cross street beside the studio in Sector 2. It is generally easier before 6pm; later in the evening you may need to park a short walk away on the adjacent main.
Is it worth the trip for compression alone?
For many people, pairing is the better use of the journey. Compression asks nothing of you physically, so it sits comfortably at the end of a cryotherapy or physiotherapy visit and turns one trip into a fuller recovery session.
