Whole Body Cryotherapy near Koramangala
VAURA's electric chamber is in HSR Layout Sector 2, a short drive from every Koramangala block. Here is how to reach us, when the roads and the chamber are clear, and how to make one trip worth it.
Koramangala has no shortage of gyms, studios and clinics, but very few electric whole body cryotherapy chambers. VAURA's is in HSR Layout Sector 2, close enough that a session before work or after training is realistic rather than an expedition. This page is the travel and timing detail. For what the therapy is, how the chamber differs from nitrogen cabins and who it suits, read the full whole body cryotherapy in Bengaluru guide.
Getting here
Routes from each Koramangala block
5th and 6th Block
Down 80 Feet Road to Sony World junction, then Ejipura and out towards Agara before turning into HSR Sector 2. Quick outside the evening peak.
7th and 8th Block
Straight along Sarjapur Road and into 27th Main. Usually the fastest approach, and the one most of our Koramangala clients use.
1st, 3rd and 4th Block
Via Koramangala Inner Ring Road towards Ejipura, then Agara. Allow extra time between 5.30pm and 8pm when the junction backs up.
Buses between Koramangala and HSR are run by BMTC, and both neighbourhoods fall under BBMP. For live navigation on the day, open the studio map route.
Timing
When to make the trip
The cold itself is three minutes. Choosing the right hour is mostly about the road between Koramangala and Agara.
Weekday mornings
Best combination of a clear drive and a free chamber. Ideal for a first visit, when screening and the walkthrough are unhurried.
Weekday afternoons
Quiet at the studio and easy on the roads. Popular with people working from home in Koramangala who want the session done inside a lunch break.
Weekday evenings
Our busiest hours and Koramangala's slowest roads. Worth booking a slot in advance and leaving a buffer for the Agara junction.

- Cabs and autos: ask for 22nd Cross off 20th Main, Sector 2, rather than the HSR BDA Complex.
- Inside: a short screening conversation on a first visit, protective socks and gloves provided, then two to three minutes in the chamber with a team member present throughout.
Making the trip count
How Koramangala clients use the visit
Because there is a drive involved, Koramangala clients tend to stack a session rather than come for the chamber alone. The common pairing is cryotherapy followed by compression therapy for the legs, or cryotherapy with whole body red light therapy when the goal goes beyond post-training recovery.
If a particular joint or old injury is behind the search, start with a physiotherapy assessment instead. Regular visitors from Koramangala usually move onto a package, and the team will confirm suitability before a first session.

FAQ
Questions from Koramangala clients
Is there a cryotherapy chamber in Koramangala itself?
VAURA's chamber is in HSR Layout Sector 2, which is the nearest electric whole body chamber for most of Koramangala. From the 5th and 6th Block side it is usually a ten to fifteen minute drive outside peak hours.
How do I get there from Koramangala?
Most clients come down Sarjapur Road and turn into HSR at 27th Main, or take the Sony World junction route through Ejipura towards Agara. The Agara junction is the main variable in the evening.
How long does the visit take?
Two to three minutes in the chamber, and roughly twenty to thirty minutes at the studio in total once screening and settling time are included. Add travel from Koramangala on top.
Which times avoid Koramangala traffic?
Mid-morning and early afternoon on weekdays are quickest both to reach and to book. Between 5.30pm and 8pm the Agara and Sony World stretches are slow, so allow extra time or pick a morning.
Can I combine it with another therapy in one trip?
Yes, and it makes sense when you are driving over. Cryotherapy is commonly paired with compression therapy or red light in the same visit, which our team will sequence for you.
Is parking available?
Yes. Cars park on the cross street beside the studio, easiest before 6pm, and two wheelers park along the studio frontage.
Do I need to book in advance?
Please do, especially if you are travelling from Koramangala. The chamber takes one person at a time and evening slots fill first, so a WhatsApp message ahead saves a wasted trip.
