Plenty of places around Koramangala offer a red light add-on with a facial or a small handheld device. A dedicated whole body panel setup, where you stand and the entire body is covered in one short session, is a different thing. VAURA's is in HSR Layout Sector 2. This page is the travel, timing and routine detail; for how the panels work and what a session involves, read the full whole body red light therapy in Bengaluru guide.

Timing

When to make the trip

Sessions are short, so the deciding factor is the road between Koramangala and Agara.

Weekday mornings

Clear roads and free panels. The most reliable slot if you want red light as a fixed part of the week.

Weekday afternoons

Quiet at the studio and easy on the drive. Works well for people based at home or in the Koramangala co-working spaces.

Weekday evenings

Busiest at the studio and slowest on the Agara stretch. Book ahead if evenings are the only window that fits.

Making the trip count

How Koramangala clients use the visit

With a drive involved, the sensible approach is to anchor red light to days you are already coming across, and to stack it. Recovery-focused clients pair it with whole body cryotherapy; skin-focused clients pair it with a cryo facial. Either way the whole visit stays under an hour.

Because the therapy depends on frequency, almost every regular from Koramangala uses a package rather than single sessions, and the team will suggest a weekly rhythm that matches your goal before you commit to anything.

FAQ

Questions from Koramangala clients

Is there whole body red light therapy in Koramangala?

Handheld and salon-style devices are common in Koramangala; full body panel setups are not. VAURA's whole body panels are in HSR Layout Sector 2, usually ten to fifteen minutes from the Koramangala blocks outside peak hours.

What is the fastest route from Koramangala?

From 7th and 8th Block, straight along Sarjapur Road and into 27th Main. From 5th and 6th Block, through Sony World junction and Ejipura towards Agara, then into Sector 2.

How long is a session?

A whole body session usually runs ten to fifteen minutes in front of the panels, plus a few minutes to settle in. No shower or change is needed afterwards.

How often do I need to come for it to be worth the drive?

Red light works on frequency rather than intensity, so two to four sessions a week is the usual starting rhythm. Koramangala clients often anchor it to days they are already crossing into HSR and take a package to make it economical.

Can I pair it with cryotherapy on the same trip?

Yes, and most Koramangala clients do. The team sequences the two so the whole visit stays comfortably under an hour.

Where do I park?

Cars on the cross street beside the studio, easiest before 6pm; two wheelers along the studio frontage. For cabs, ask for 22nd Cross off 20th Main in Sector 2.
